He approached me to consider our conversation for 24 hours before choosing the arrangement I thought was best.6. He guided me to educate him with respect to the bearing I was taking.7. I was considered responsible for the effect of my choice. I needed to report back to him in 30-60 days on the results.That was it. I characterized the issue; laid out a scope of possible arrangements with the upsides and downsides of every; he included an incentive through his inquiries; I decided and was held accountable.I learned, felt regarded; created authority abilities and guided others on a similar methodology.
